Leg & Core Workout
Follow this simple, single-leg movements dominant workout routine to build up a strong core and legs! Be sure to drive through your heels when doing the bridges and all lunges (leading foot). Plus, for the first exercise be sure not to bend at the knee or lower back as your drive up towards the ceiling with your hips. This can cause you to overuse your hamstring and/or lower back. Finish with a kettle bell swing to help develop the explosiveness power within your hips and glutes.
