Nick is awesome! I have never been a gym person, mostly from the intimidation of not knowing what I was doing (aside from the treadmill), and Nick has changed that - I now look forward to my 5:30 a.m. workout! He is always willing to share his knowledge of health and fitness, which gives me the tools I need to work out on my own when needed. Nick is so encouraging and tailors his workouts and messaging to each client differently. I cannot imagine life without the routine Nick has helped me stick to, which I am so grateful for!
WMC is great! Nick is awesome at what he does. He really listens to you about pain points and where you want to focus. I love that he pays attention to your form so that you are getting the most out of your workout and not going to hurt yourself. I travel a lot and he has made sure to send me workouts. Now he has an app that has workouts built into it it.
I started training with Nick earlier this year and I wasn’t really seeing improvements but I wasn’t really committed! As soon as I made that commitment and started attending regularly and not taking weeks off here and there I began to see big improvements! I feel much better when I work out, much stronger and healthier and generally better about myself and have more confidence. I’m starting to fit into clothes that were too small and the clothes I have fit better!
I have been training with Nick for the past year and have noticed several changes. I have severe knee pain, that has made a number of exercises impossible to do. Nick has provided me with corrective techniques and form, that has made my knees stronger. Not only does he provide high impact/intense workouts, he also provides balanced nutrition plans, focuses on your desired target areas and can help with getting injured muscles stronger.
