Goblet Bulgarian Split Squat

Great exercise for building up the booty!  Try this exercise in your next leg day workout!  Be sure to keep most of your weight on the front foot and only rely on the foot that is back for balance.  Also, as you descend and rise back up, be sure drive through your heel to enable better glute activation and leg development.  Try about 8-12 reps each leg for 3 sets
