Mini-Conditioning Circuit on Furniture Sliders
Here's a nice little conditioning circuit to do at the end of a nice chest and core workout, or any workout really!
These exercises are done on furniture sliders and can be bought at Walmart or any home goods store. Plus, you can also use paper plates or towels on most slick surfaces...
Here are the exercises, I only show a few reps of each, but try the number of reps for each below;
•Single-Arm Push-up w/ Overhead Reach - 7x/side
•Mountain Climbers - 15x/side
•Single-Leg Squat w/ Lateral Slide - 10x/side
•Spider Climbers - 15x/side
Repeat 2-3 times
