Spiderman Conditioning Combo
Here's a good conditioning combo to throw into you're routine! It's a Spiderman Push-Up with a T-spine rotation...you can start off with no weight and build up to using weights as you get the movement down.
Try about 7-10 for each side. It'll definitely get your heart pumping and help to burn plenty of calories.
This helps work chest/core strength, T-spine/hip mobility and shoulder stability all in one shot! Enjoy!
