Semi-Private Training

We offer semi-private workouts for every level, and each session is capped at 6-8 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need.  Plus, you'll receive the nutritional coaching needed to accommodate your fitness plan.  Unlimited training memberships start at $129/month.

1-on-1 Training

In-Home or Gym

We provide 1-on-1 Training in-home and inside the gym to accommodate your busy lifestyle!  Workouts are 100% customized to you and your needs.  Packages can range as low as $50/hour.  Get started with an initial training consultation to discover your fitness needs and choose a package that fits you!

Nick is awesome! I have never been a gym person, mostly from the intimidation of not knowing what I was doing (aside from the treadmill), and Nick has changed that - I now look forward to my 5:30 a.m. workout! He is always willing to share his knowledge of health and fitness, which gives me the tools I need to work out on my own when needed.
