We offer workouts for every level, and each session is capped at 6-8 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All sessions are first-come, first-served to those who book their sessions through the #WMC App. If a class gets full, you will be added to a wait list in the event space opens up.

Get your heart rate up and blood pumping with High-Intensity Interval Training! This includes a mixture of calisthenics, functional conditioning, cardio equipment to get your heart moving. You will perform a certain high-intensity activity for up to 2-3 minutes at a time, with ample periods of rest in between.
Learn proper techniques for functional movements and gain overall strength. This will include mobility training and isolated exercises for weaker/inactive muscles along with compound movements to develop correct form, posture, muscle-activation timing to produce greater overall strength gains.
Not only will you get your heart going in this fast-paced, high-intensity workout, you'll learn how to throw punches correctly to prevent injuries and get better workouts! This is the type of workouts you'll feel from your legs through your core and into your arms. Boxing gloves are provided but it is recommended to order your own.
Learn and develop correct motor functions and movement patterns by fixing certain dysfunctions within the body through corrective exercises. Once you build the foundation, you will see your strength and performance increase dramatically. Also, this help to prevent and avoid injuries during training or outside the gym.
